Corby-Sue is a working Personal Chef, Food Writer, Cooking Instructor and Radio DJ based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. An Australian girl who spent most of her life living between two continents, she at last set permanent foot on her beloved Bondi Beach just over five years ago.

Corby has held a Henckel’s chef knife in her hand since the tender age of seven, and has known what to do with it! Dad trained at the Cordon Bleu and she trained with Dad. After several incarnations in the food industry; Commercial Chef, Cafe Owner, TV Caterer, Home Economist, she has combined her passions and varied skill set to do what she loves most; inspiring others in their kitchen. Whether it’s creating a meal for loved ones in a clients’ home, teaching an intimate cooking class or writing user-friendly recipes, her food philosophy has always been to keep it simple and honest.

Prior to joining the BONDI FM family, Corby had been a regular contributor to the popular Sydney-based food_safari2 radio show, Food in Focus with Natascha Moy. She has also shared recipes on the SBS TV hit, Food Safari and freelances as a home economist for various publications and food brands.

Corby’s Table - Good Food Made Simple is a two hour radio show broadcast from Australia’s first Radio Station Cafe, BONDI FM 88.0. This unique and vibrant station has long had a cult status amongst locals. However, the diverse listenership reaches beyond via live streaming on the net, and boasts national and international listeners now numbering in the tens of thousands.

As a passionate Bondi local and lover of all things ‘soulful’, the move to BONDI FM seemed the most natural fit for Corby. When she’s not spinning the tunes or speaking with other passionate foodies, she too can be found sharing the culinary love on other food shows, both Radio and TV.
