CHEF MASTER CLASS

This fun-filled interactive cooking experience is an excellent creative school holiday retreat for kids and parents alike! Held in a private kitchen, this limited number class has proven that there's nothing like learning the art of a meal prepared and shared together. At no point do children come into contact with sharp instruments or heat, however, they come into contact with lots of aromas and flavours and are encouraged to let their imaginations run free. A love of good food can start young...

KIDS COOKING TIME! AT HOME MASTER CLASS

This is a tailored version of the Kids Cooking Time! experience to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. Yes, enjoyed! For groups of 6 students or more, we can bring the Chef to you! This generally appeals to parents with children from the ages of 8-12 years old looking for a holiday activity to be enjoyed with friends. We'll bring the class to your environment and help you create a 'playdate' to remember!

Specialized workshops include;

Dough, Play and Me - An introduction to various types of dough, both savory and sweet.
Pasta Perfect - The art of handmade pasta; gnocchi, handstretched fettucini, ravioli and Passatta sauce
The Chocolate Factory - Chocolate in various forms, from mousse to brownies to fondue. No chocolate lover will be dissappointed.
Cookie Jar - Just like kids, biscuits come in all shapes and sizes; cut-outs, drop, roll...crispy, sweet, chewy, all are explored.
Bakin' Cake - Not just cupcakes...3 different types of cake are explored; sponge, angel and buttercake...and cupcakes too!

COST: $50 per child and the Hostess' child is free! You provide the space and we'll provide the rest, and leave your kitchen as we found it.

THE BIRTHDAY BANQUET

If you're looking for a party with an old-fashioned feel, this is for you...kids get to prepare their very own birthday banquet in a festive interactive manner. They'll even make their own take home gift and help decorate the Celebratory Birthday Cake.

COST: $30 per child for 1 1/2 hour party. Min. 15 kids. Currently only available as an 'at-home' option.
